12 Month Guarantee
Our 12 Month Guarantee
At MERRYLUK, every product comes with a 12 Month Guarantee as part of our commitment to quality. This includes a standard manufacturer warranty that complies with the Australian Consumer Law. If your item has a major failure, you're entitled to a replacement or full refund. For minor issues, we’ll repair or replace the product as required.
What’s Covered in Our 12 Month Guarantee
-
This 12 Month Guarantee covers all parts and materials found defective due to manufacturing faults during the applicable warranty period.
-
The defect must appear within the 12-month warranty period to qualify for a claim.
-
Warranty claims are valid only for the original purchaser and are non-transferable.
-
You must notify us within a reasonable period after discovering a defect. Delays may limit your rights if additional damage occurs due to late reporting.

Under this 12 Month Guarantee, a Serious Defect includes:
-
Defects qualifying as major failures under Australian Consumer Law.
-
Products that differ significantly from their description or sample.
-
Items that are unfit for purpose and cannot be reasonably repaired in time.
-
Products that are unsafe for use.
What’s Not Covered by the 12 Month Guarantee
This warranty does not cover:
-
Normal wear and tear (e.g., fabric pilling, compression of cushions).
-
Damage from spills, stains, or improper cleaning methods.
-
Use in commercial environments or improper handling.
-
Products sold “As Is” with disclosed defects at purchase.
-
Acts of God, accidents, misuse, or non-residential use.
