We design furniture that blends seamlessly into today’s homes - from sideboards and chests of drawers to tables, kitchen trolleys, and storage cabinets. Each piece is thoughtfully crafted to be both practical and stylish, making your home feel more organised, comfortable, and inviting.

How does MerryLuk keep its prices affordable?

We design in-house, work closely with our trusted manufacturing partners, and sell directly to you. By cutting out the middleman, we pass the full savings onto our customers - giving you premium design at everyday prices.

What is the main material for your products?

Most of our pieces are made with high-grade engineered wood (MDF and particleboard). This choice is eco-friendly, durable, and cost-effective, offering the perfect balance of style, strength, and value.

Is MerryLuk's furniture eco-friendly?

Yes. Wherever possible, we use sustainable packaging materials and eco-conscious processes to reduce waste and environmental impact. Choosing Merryluk means you’re not only investing in timeless design but also making a
responsible choice for the planet.

What is MerryLuk's return policy?

MerryLuk offers a 30-day return policy for all its furniture pieces sold via Merryluk.com.au. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a full store credit (15% restocking fee applies). For
full details, please visit our Return & Refund Policy. Please note, if you purchased our items through third party site, please refer to the return policy on the platform respectively.

Can I return a product if it has been opened or assembled?

Our 30-day return policy applies if the item has been opened but not assembled and is returned in as-new, resaleable condition with no signs of wear or tear. Assembled items are not eligible for change-of-mind returns, unless faulty under Australian Consumer Law. We ask that items are securely packaged and returned so they arrive back safely (return shipping is covered by the buyer). Once our team has confirmed the condition, we’ll issue your store credit. Does the 30-day return guarantee apply to Merryluk products purchased through sales?

Absolutely. Whether you’ve purchased during a promotion or at full price, you get the same peace of mind with our 30-day return window. Exclude clearance/final sale items.

Can MerryLuk furniture be customised?

At this stage, our range is ready-made to keep prices low and delivery times fast. That said, we love hearing new ideas! If you have suggestions, feel free to reach out - we’re always exploring ways to grow our collection.

Does MerryLuk offer warranty on its products?

Yes, MerryLuk offers a one-year warranty on all its furniture pieces, covering any defects in materials and workmanship. Of course, including all the goodies cover under Australian Consumer Law.

I purchased your product from my friend, is it still covered under warranty?

No. Unfortunately, our product guarantee is not transferrable.

How is my order delivered?

Your furniture will arrive flat packed boxes, this makes transporting much more efficient.

Do you deliver to my apartment door?

Our delivery drivers will only deliver to your apartment ground floor.

Please kindly provide delivery instructions to avoid delays if your apartment strata do not allow non-residents to enter the building. Redelivery fee will apply if our courier company cannot deliver your item successfully.

Do I need to be home to receive my delivery?

We can leave your delivery somewhere safe if you're not home.

Make sure you tick the box during checkout to let us leave your package unattended. Otherwise re-delivery fee will be applied if our courier company cannot deliver your item sucessfully.

Can I pay more for express delivery?

For Sydney metro postcodes, we do accept express delivery at $99 – $499 depending on how many boxes and location. Please kindly reach out to us, so we can arrange this for you.

Unfortunately Melbourne, Brisbane, South Australia & Perth metro postcodes, we are not offering express delivery at the moment. We will update this offer on our site once we are able to include these postcodes for express delivery as well.

For regional and rural deliveries is 1-21 business days. Please bear with us while we are constantly looking for new transportation partners to deliver our goods to you promptly.

What about safety for kids?

Household furniture items like bookshelves, tallboys and entertainment units can be attractive to children for climbing, which can lead to furniture toppling over, resulting in serious injury or death.

Our recommendations to help prevent toppling:

  • Discourage children from climbing on furniture
  • Use drawer locks to prevent children from using drawers as climbing steps
  • Attach, mount, bolt or otherwise anchor topple-risk furniture to a wall or other suitable surface
  • Avoid placing child-appealing items such as toys or televisions on top of furniture, unless they are anchored
  • Place heavier items as low down in the furniture unit as possible.
  • Do not put heavy items on top shelves of bookcases
  • Do not place unstable furniture near where children play
  • Check anchors regularly.
Can the furniture be used outside or in a bathroom?

Most of our indoor/domestic furniture is designed for indoor use only, place them in areas where they will not get wet or be exposed to regular moisture. Place our indoor furniture range outside or in a bathroom, it would increase the likelihood of rust over time on certain metal legs/parts, including fading the color on woodgrain.

Unless we specify certain items that can be used in bathroom or outdoor. Some of our white cabinet made of melamine is suited for bathroom and looks awesome!

Can we view your products anywhere?

Currently we have no physical showroom for viewing, as we are keener on passing the fix cost savings to your purchase. However, you are more than welcome to try our ranges at your home with just one click away. We really appreciate trusting us in creating a beautiful home.

Can I use multiple discount codes for my purchase?

Unfortunately, no other discounts can be combined with a sales discount.

Are bundles also included in sales?

We have different promotion going throughout the year, sometimes bundles deals are included in the sales event. Please make sure you subscribe to our newsletter, so we can ensure you don’t missed out any bargains.😊
