Eligibility
At MERRYLUK.COM.AU, we are committed to providing our customers with high-quality products they will love. We offer a "Love It In Your Home Or You Don’t Pay!" policy for orders made through our website: www.merryluk.com.au. This policy is available to the following eligible metro postcodes in NSW, VIC, SA, QLD, ACT, and WA in Australia:

Sydney Metro: 2000-2080, 2085-2158, 2160-2229, 2231-2234, 2555-2559, 2564-2567, 2745-2750, 2759-2770
Melbourne Metro: 3000-3062, 3065-3097, 3101-3138, 3140-3207
Brisbane Metro: 4000-4037, 4051-4078, 4101-4179
Adelaide Metro: 5000-5115, 5120-5121, 5125-5127, 5158-5169
Canberra Metro: 0200-0299, 2600-2620, 2900-2920
Perth Metro: 6000-6100

Note: For areas outside the above metro postcodes, return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns will be your responsibility. This includes both the cost we incurred to send the product to you and the cost of returning it to our warehouse, regardless of any free, discounted, or promotional shipping offers at the time of your order.


Return Period
The return period for our "Love It In Your Home Or You Don’t Pay!" policy is 30 days from the date of purchase. If 30 days have passed, unfortunately, we cannot offer you store credit.


Valid Reasons for Return
You may return your item under this policy for any of the following reasons:

  • The product is damaged or faulty.

  • The product does not match the description.

  • The product arrives in a damaged condition.

  • You are not satisfied with the product for a valid reason under the Australian Consumer Guarantee.


Proof of Purchase and Reason for Return
To initiate a return, you must provide proof of purchase and a valid reason under this policy.


Exclusions
This policy does not apply to:

  • Products modified or damaged by the customer during assembly

  • Products used, worn, or damaged after delivery

  • Products marked as Clearance or sold as-is

  • Commercial or non-domestic purchases

  • Products altered or repaired by the customer or third parties

  • Mattresses, bedding, pillows, sofa covers, personalized items, gift cards

  • Products not purchased directly from www.merryluk.com.au

  • Products purchased more than 30 days ago

  • Returns that violate our terms and conditions

We reserve the right to refuse returns that fall under these exclusions.


Limits on Returns
We may set limits on the number or value of returns per customer under this policy. Abuse of the policy may result in denial of future claims.


Product Condition
Products must be unused, unassembled, and returned in original condition and packaging to be eligible for store credit.


Store Credit Only
For all approved returns under this policy, we will issue a store credit voucher only (refunds are no longer offered under this guarantee). The store credit:

  • Will be emailed to you within 14 business days after the returned item is received and inspected

  • Will be valid for 1 year from the date of issue

  • Will be for the full amount paid for the product, less any shipping costs we incurred if you are located outside the eligible metro areas


Replacements
If a replacement is required (e.g., for damaged or faulty items), we can dispatch the replacement even before the original product is returned. If a backorder is needed, we will notify you and offer the option to wait or cancel for store credit.


Important Notes
We reserve the right to deny any claims under this policy that do not meet the outlined terms and conditions.
If you prefer to return the product in person, please contact us in advance to arrange this.


To Initiate a Return
Email us at Hello@MerryLuk.com with your order number and reason for return. We will issue a return authorization number and help schedule a courier pick-up.
