Merryluk Return Policy
Love It In Your Home or Guaranteed!
At Merryluk, your satisfaction means everything. If your furniture doesn’t quite suit your space, you can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. Here’s how it works:
Eligible Areas
Our satisfaction guarantee applies to metro postcodes in:
- NSW, VIC, QLD, SA, ACT, WA
If you’re outside these zones, you may still return eligible items, but return shipping and original delivery costs will be deducted from your store credit.
Change of Mind Returns
We accept change-of-mind returns under the following conditions:
- Must be requested within 30 days of delivery.
- A 15% restocking fee applies.
- Original and return shipping costs will be deducted.
- Items must be unassembled, unused, and returned in original condition and packaging.
- No refunds or credits will be issued for items returned in non-resaleable condition.
- Clearance, final sale, and custom items are not eligible for return.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item arrives with a manufacturing fault or transit damage:
- We’ll arrange a replacement, repair, or spare parts.
- If the issue can’t be resolved, you may opt for a store credit or refund.
- To lodge a claim, email us at hello@merryluk.com with:
- Your order number
- Description of the issue
- Supporting photos or videos
We typically respond within 24–48 hours.
How to Return
- Carefully repack the item in its original packaging.
- Take a photo of the packed item and send it to hello@merryluk.com.
- Let us know your preferred pickup date and time.
- We’ll schedule a courier for you—no need to wait at home. You can leave the item at your front door or with building management.
Store Credit & Processing Time
- Once your item is returned and inspected, we’ll issue a store credit within 14 business days.
- Store credit is valid for 12 months.
- Refunds (for faulty items) are processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after approval.
Exclusions
We do not accept returns for:
- Clearance or final sale items
- Mattresses, bedding, or sofa covers
- Items damaged during assembly
- Items used or altered post-delivery
- Purchases made more than 30 days ago
- Commercial or non-residential orders
- Items not purchased directly from www.merryluk.com.au
Your Consumer Rights
This policy operates alongside your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. It does not replace or limit your rights related to faulty or misrepresented products.
